90-Day Limited Warranty for Handmade Mosaic Balance Bead Bracelets
This warranty covers the original purchaser of our handmade bead bracelets against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
What is covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
Broken links or clasps.
Beads becoming loose or missing due to a manufacturing defect.
Elastic Knoting coming loose ( not cut or damaged)
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear. This includes damage such as:
Scratches, dents, or faded coatings that occur over time.
Bent or broken components due to accidents or misuse.
Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, cleaning products, or the wearer's skin acidity.
Loss or theft of the bracelet.
Repairs or alterations performed by someone other than the original seller.
Warranty claim process
To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the 90-day warranty period. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and a clear photograph or video of the defective item.
If a defect is determined to be due to manufacturing or craftsmanship after inspection, a complimentary repair or replacement of the item will be offered. If a replacement is necessary and the original item is unavailable, it may be replaced with a similar item. If the damage isn't a manufacturing defect, you will be informed and provided with a repair services quote, if available.
Important notes
This warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover theft or accidental loss.
Slight irregularities or variations in craftsmanship are inherent to handmade items and are not considered defects.
